저작권·권리침해 처리 절차

비즈픽셀은 오리지널·직접제작 도안만 공유하는 커뮤니티입니다. 저작권·상표권·초상권 등 권리 침해가 확인되면 해당 콘텐츠를 신속히 비공개·삭제합니다.

1. 신고 방법

권리 침해를 신고하려면 아래 정보를 담아 kjinyz@naver.com 으로 보내주세요. 앱 내 ‘신고’ 기능(사유: 저작권·상표권 / 개인정보·초상권)도 이용할 수 있습니다.

침해된 저작물 또는 권리에 대한 설명(어떤 캐릭터·이미지·상표·인물 등)
문제가 되는 도안의 위치 — 공유 링크 또는 도안 ID
신고인의 성명·연락처(이메일)
본인이 해당 권리의 보유자이거나 대리할 권한이 있다는 소명
신고 내용이 사실이며 선의로 제출한다는 진술

2. 처리

정상적으로 접수된 신고는 지체 없이(24시간 이내 목표) 검토합니다.
침해가 확인되면 해당 도안을 비공개 또는 삭제하고, 필요 시 게시자에게 통보합니다.
서로 다른 이용자의 신고가 일정 수 이상 누적되면 해당 도안은 자동으로 비공개 처리되어 검토됩니다.

3. 이의제기(재게시 요청)

게시자가 자신에게 정당한 권리가 있다고 판단하는 경우, 위 연락처로 소명 자료와 함께 재게시를 요청할 수 있습니다. 검토 후 정당성이 확인되면 도안을 복구합니다.

4. 반복 침해자 정책

권리 침해가 반복적으로 확인되는 계정은 업로드 제한 또는 이용 정지 대상이 됩니다.

5. 초상권·개인정보

연예인·일반인의 얼굴 사진이나 타인의 개인정보가 포함된 도안도 동일한 절차로 신고·삭제됩니다.

Copyright & Rights-Infringement Process

BeadsPixel is a community for sharing original, self-made patterns only. When infringement of copyright, trademark, or portrait rights is confirmed, we promptly hide or remove the content.

1. How to File a Notice

To report infringement, email kjinyz@naver.com with the information below. You may also use the in-app "Report" feature (reason: copyright/trademark or privacy/portrait rights).

A description of the work or right infringed (which character, image, trademark, person, etc.)
The location of the pattern in question — the share link or pattern ID
Your name and contact (email)
A statement that you own the right or are authorized to act on the owner's behalf
A statement that the notice is accurate and submitted in good faith

2. Handling

Valid notices are reviewed without undue delay (target: within 24 hours).
If infringement is confirmed, we hide or remove the pattern and notify the poster where appropriate.
Once reports from enough distinct users accumulate, the pattern is automatically hidden pending review.

3. Counter-Notice (Reinstatement)

If a poster believes they hold the right, they may request reinstatement with supporting materials at the contact above. We restore the pattern if the claim is verified.

4. Repeat-Infringer Policy

Accounts with repeated confirmed infringement are subject to upload restriction or account suspension.

5. Portrait Rights & Privacy

Patterns based on a celebrity's or an individual's face, or containing others' personal information, are reported and removed through the same process.
