이용약관

제1조 (목적)
본 약관은 비즈픽셀(이하 "서비스")의 도안 공유 커뮤니티 이용에 관한 조건을 정합니다. 도안 만들기 등 오프라인(로컬) 기능은 별도 계정 없이 이용할 수 있으며, 커뮤니티(업로드·상세 열람·좋아요·다운로드 등)는 로그인이 필요합니다.
제2조 (계정)
- 도안 공유 커뮤니티는 만 14세 이상만 이용할 수 있습니다. 만 14세 미만 아동의 개인정보는 법정대리인 동의 없이 수집하지 않으며, 커뮤니티 가입이 제한됩니다. (도안 만들기 등 로컬 기능은 연령 제한이 없습니다.)
- 커뮤니티 이용을 위해 Apple / Google / Kakao 소셜 로그인으로 계정을 만들 수 있습니다.
- 회원은 언제든지 탈퇴할 수 있으며, 탈퇴 시 개인정보는 즉시 삭제됩니다. 다만 공개 게시된 도안은 작성자 정보를 익명 처리하여 커뮤니티에 남을 수 있습니다.
- 탈퇴 시 이미 다른 이용자가 다운로드한 도안은 회수되지 않습니다. 탈퇴 화면에서 ‘올린 도안도 모두 삭제’를 선택하면 해당 도안은 커뮤니티에서 삭제됩니다.
제3조 (콘텐츠 업로드 규칙 — 오리지널만)
본인이 직접 제작했거나 공유 권한이 있는 오리지널 도안만 업로드할 수 있습니다. 타인의 캐릭터·로고·브랜드·삽화 등 저작권이 있는 대상의 2차창작 도안은 업로드할 수 없습니다.
- 업로드 시 권리 확인에 동의해야 하며, 허위 확인에 대한 책임은 업로더에게 있습니다.
- 회원은 업로드한 도안에 대해, 서비스 운영·표시·다운로드 제공 목적에 한정된 비독점적 이용 라이선스를 서비스에 부여합니다.
- 이 라이선스는 도안이 공개된 이상, 회원 탈퇴 후에도 익명 처리된 상태로 서비스 운영·표시·다운로드 제공을 위해 존속합니다. 단, 회원이 탈퇴 시 도안 삭제를 선택한 경우는 예외입니다.
- 창작자 등급에 따라 일부 공개 업로드는 게시 전 운영자 승인을 거칠 수 있으며, 승인까지 최대 6시간이 소요될 수 있습니다.
제4조 (금지 행위 · 무관용 원칙)
다음 콘텐츠·행위는 금지되며, 서비스는 이의 있는(objectionable) 콘텐츠 및 사용자 괴롭힘에 대해 무관용 정책을 적용합니다.
- 저작권 등 타인의 권리를 침해하는 콘텐츠
- 불법, 성적, 폭력적, 혐오·차별, 괴롭힘·따돌림, 스팸·광고, 사기 콘텐츠
- 타인의 개인정보 노출, 사칭
제5조 (신고 및 모더레이션)
- 이용자는 부적절한 도안·사용자를 신고하거나, 특정 사용자를 차단할 수 있습니다.
- 신고한 도안은 신고 즉시 신고자에게 노출되지 않습니다.
- 운영자는 신고 접수 후 24시간 이내에 검토하며, 위반이 확인되면 콘텐츠 삭제·비공개 및 위반 사용자에 대한 업로드 제한·이용 정지 등의 조치를 취합니다.
제6조 (권리침해 신고 및 반복 침해자)
본인의 저작권 등 권리가 침해되었다고 판단되는 경우 아래 문의처로 신고할 수 있으며, 확인 시 해당 콘텐츠를 신속히 삭제합니다. 신고 방법·처리·이의제기 절차는 저작권·권리침해 처리 절차를 참고하세요. 권리 침해가 반복적으로 확인되는 계정은 업로드 제한 또는 이용 정지됩니다.
제7조 (책임의 한계)
서비스는 모든 이용자 콘텐츠에 대한 사전 검수를 보장하지 않으며, 게시물로 인한 분쟁의 책임은 해당 게시자에게 있습니다. 서비스는 관련 법령이 허용하는 범위에서 책임을 제한합니다.

Terms of Service
Effective: July 9, 2026
1. Purpose
These Terms govern your use of the pattern-sharing community in BeadsPixel (the "Service"). Offline (on-device) features such as creating patterns can be used without an account; community features (uploading, viewing details, likes, downloads, etc.) require sign-in.
2. Accounts
- The pattern-sharing community is available to users aged 14 and older. We do not collect personal data of children under 14 without guardian consent, and community sign-up is restricted for them. (Local features such as creating patterns have no age limit.)
- You may create an account via Apple / Google / Kakao social login to use the community.
- You may delete your account at any time; your personal data is deleted immediately upon deletion. Patterns you posted publicly may remain in the community with the author anonymized.
- Patterns already downloaded by other users cannot be recalled when you delete your account. If you choose "delete all my patterns" on the deletion screen, those patterns are removed from the community.
3. Upload Rules — Originals Only
You may upload only original patterns you created yourself or have the right to share. Fan-made patterns of others' copyrighted characters, logos, brands, or illustrations may not be uploaded.
- You must confirm your rights when uploading; you are responsible for any false confirmation.
- For patterns you upload, you grant the Service a non-exclusive license limited to operating, displaying, and providing downloads of the Service.
- This license survives account deletion for any pattern once published — in anonymized form, for operating, displaying, and providing downloads of the Service — except where you choose to delete your patterns upon account deletion.
- Depending on creator tier, some public uploads may be reviewed by a moderator before publishing, which can take up to 6 hours.
4. Prohibited Conduct — Zero Tolerance
The following content and conduct are prohibited. The Service applies a zero-tolerance policy toward objectionable content and abusive users.
- Content infringing copyright or others' rights
- Illegal, sexual, violent, hateful/discriminatory, harassing/bullying, spam/advertising, or fraudulent content
- Exposing others' personal information, or impersonation
5. Reporting and Moderation
- Users may report inappropriate patterns or users, or block specific users.
- A pattern you report is immediately hidden from you.
- Moderators review reports within 24 hours. If a violation is confirmed, we remove or hide the content and may restrict uploads or suspend the offending user.
6. Rights-Infringement Reports & Repeat Infringers
If you believe your copyright or other rights have been infringed, you may report it to the contact below; upon confirmation we will promptly remove the content. See the Copyright & Rights-Infringement Process for how to file a notice, our handling, and counter-notices. Accounts with repeated confirmed infringement face upload restriction or suspension.
7. Limitation of Liability
The Service does not guarantee pre-screening of all user content, and responsibility for disputes arising from posts lies with the posting user. The Service limits its liability to the extent permitted by applicable law.
